Leann Bankoski

Leann brings more than 15 years of experience scaling operations for global NGOs across Africa, India, and the US, where she builds systems that enhance culture, streamline processes, and build organizational resilience. She is also the founder of Bambuzi Toys, a Kenyan-based handmade toy company, where she designs toys that turn play into a vehicle for learning and development. Leann holds a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Guilford College and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI).
