Mary Orji is a school leadership and branding strategist with over 20 years of experience across K-12 education in India,Africa, the Caribbean, and international school communities. She is the Founder of Call2Teach Consulting, where she leads school repositioning, leadership alignment, and reputation strategy for private, and international schools. Mary leverages her proprietary TRUST Framework and Institutional Review diagnostic to help school leaders strengthen culture, build trust, and drive sustainable growth. She holds an MEd in Administration and Planning and is the author of The School People Trust and The Irresistible School.
